A Pool, A Tree, and a Laywer
I always thought that neighbors arguing over a tree resting on both property lines was something out of sitcoms and movies. Boy, was I wrong. My in-laws live in a beautiful Indianapolis suburb and recently decided to add a pool in their backyard. When they started digging the backhoe hit a massive tree root. It was running all the way to the west property line and attached to a tree on their property and their neighbor’s. They planned to remove the tree but their neighbors staunchly refused. Both parties called an Indianapolis Attorney, and the court date has yet to be set. I can’t wait to see how it all turns out – hopefully with a pool!
