Commitment
One of the biggest problems I see today, and which is increased with the internet, is that it is really easy to jump around in your career. As an owner of a company I depend on a lot of people to complete the job at hand. Some of these jobs require me to seek outside help and products. I need a level of commitment from my outside hired help and companies. If I can track a company that I am interested in hiring through their sales blog and I see there has been a lot of turnover, I will not be inclined to send my work to them.
