Many Areas In South Africa Were Asleep, Now Awakening

Due to a boom in very many aspects of South African economy, including business, industry and exports, many areas long laying dormant are having an astonishing reawakening. Homeloans in these areas are fast on the rise. What has for a long time been referred to as the “sleepy corridor”, between Bhisho and King William’s Town, is now projected to merge with new residential and commercial properties being built at a very fast pace. The Kouga municipality is facing a serious need for more residential properties. Jeffrey’s Bay is one of the fastest growing towns in South Africa with a ten percent annual growth rate.
