Have you ever wondered what life was like for someone in a totally different field than your own. There is a new show out on t.v. about people who get to do exactly that. Have you seen it? The one that I saw had nurses who worked in the emergency room change places with criminal defense attorneys in Los Angeles California. It was fascinating how much each of the groups felt about the trade prior and post to their experiences with working in each of the other environments. The nurse had very little respect for the lawyer and the lawyer regarded the nurse as a subordinate. However, by the end of the hour both sides were challenged and learned a bit about respect. I really liked it. If nothing else, I know who I am going to call the next time I need a lawyer or which hospital I will want to go to the next time I’m in L.A.
