Water- A Mood Enhancer
Do you sometimes feel fatigued and irritable? Or perhaps you experience bouts of anger and depression. This is not strange or abnormal, nor is it a deeply rooted psychological problem (in all likelihood). The reason may be because you are not getting enough water into your body. Bodies need water like an engine needs petrol, without it, we suffer physically, and in extreme cases, get very ill indeed! Because the problems can be as minor as mood swings, we have all grown accustomed to the feeling of constant dehydration. But think how life could be improved if we only took more frequent trips to the water cooler…
