A fast way to lose weight

The dress is too tight and the date is just a few days away. If only there was a fast way to lose weight… Starving yourself seems like an option but really it is unhealthy and dangerous. You can try one on those shake plans for a week and see if that helps. It is also important to drink lots of water to help flush out your system. You may be carrying extra water weight, so watch your salt intake. Try eating better and exercising more. Making a few simple changes may do the trick to get a quick couple of pounds off.
