Breakfast
I was in one of my hard core workout classes the other day at the gym and in the middle of the class while we are sweating it out, the teacher asked if we had all ate breakfast this morning. What a crazy question, but after the workout was over she explained why. You have heard it said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if you want to lose weight fast, you better eat your breakfast. Otherwise, your body will go into starvation mode and will keep any additional calories you consume during the day.
