Cap And Trade Debate
I am glad that I am not the only one confused by the resurfacing of the environmental issues causing global warming. Recently I started hearing issues discussed that seemed highly reminiscent of those back in the late 1990’s and come to find out that the Cap and Trade and “The Greenhouse Effect” is very similiar. And once again, there is a lot of controversy regarding the Act and what it actually will do to the environment, if in fact there is anything wrong with the environment in the first place. This is a piece of legislature that no can agree on or if it is even needed.
