Everyone Needs Proper Hydration

While I was in high school, I learned a great lesson about taking care of my body. Learning about how my body works helped me with my sports life. I was always getting really tired after my cross country practice. I was always dizzy and felt like I could sleep forever. My cross country coach asked me if I was drinking enough water. I told him I drank some but when I told him how much, he told me that it wasn’t enough. I had to drink twice what I was drinking now because my body was using so much. After that day, proper hydration was always in the forefront of my mind.
