Full Body Workouts Are Number One in My Book

Full Body Workouts are by far my favorite type of workout. The reason full body workouts are my favorite is because they are time efficient and are great add blowtorching fat right off my body.

full body workouts are time efficient because you can get a great workout in, working out your entire body in the same amount of time it typically takes most people to work one or two body parts. Not only that, but I can workout my entire body three times a week as opposed to just once or twice.

Because full body workouts focus on every major muscle group, I’m also burning fat more efficiently.
