Kids

I read in the paper the other day that kids as young as 6 years old were sometimes given anti-depressants because they were so concerned about their weight. The obesity in children these days is of course off the scales, but there has to be a natural way to combat this instead of with medication. Of course, eating right and getting the proper exercise should be top on the list. At what point though are things permissible for kids and at what age? Would a colon cleansing be recommended for youngsters, or is there an age specific time that this is to be done?
