Methods of Testing pH Levels
With contemporary technology, the testing of pH levels in one’s blood is a somewhat simple process, but the interpretation of the significance of pH levels is debated amongst doctors and health care practitioners. One method to test blood pH levels is with a Litmus pH tester, as indicated by the ph miracle diet book by Dr. Robert Young.
Litmus is a mixture of various dyes absorbed onto filter paper. This paper becomes a pH indicator used to test materials for acidity. Dipsticks, universal indicators, and Nitrazine strips are also used to test pH levels, each of which specializes in measuring different levels of pH.
