Researching my acid reflux diet plan

If you have ever had an acid reflux attack you would know that it is something that you don’t want to experience too often. I have had to modify my diet to prevent this from happening. I found that eating overly spicy foods could result in the burning sensation. I am a little overweight and have decided that it is time to shed a few pounds. I have been researching on the internet to learn more about the available foods to include in my acid reflux diet plan. Chili and cream based food is definitely off the menu. Sticking to clean and raw foods seems to be a good way to go as well as doing some moderate exercise.
