I am geting rich

Last year I started thinking about buying investment property. I checked out a few things and bought my first small house to rent out. I had to do some cosmetic work on it and find me a dependable property management company to get a good tenant put in. That didn’t take very long. Next I used the improved equity in the first house as additional collateral for the next house. In less than a year I have acquired five houses and am now starting to look at duplexes and triplexes. The all have a small positive cash flow and my income is moving up. I am well on my way to getting rich.
