Why my brother has lived at our folks house.
My brother Phillip has been saving his money for many years now. He graduated from college with a good degree and went on to get a good job. To help save money he has lived at our parents house for awhile now. My parents don’t mind as he pays them some rent and he helps out around the house. Last week my brother told me that he has been in contact with some new home builders in the west midlands area and he clearly feels that he will be buying a new house very soon. He actually is already in the process of getting the financing into place.
