How long does it take to get really good at hypnosis?

If I had to guess — and understand that I don’t really know much of anything about it — I’d have to say it takes a couple years at least for someone to get really good at learning how to hypnotize anyone. Not that these guys are as skilled as, say, brain surgeons, but they still have to be pretty darn good. What you think about it, knowing how to hypnotize people is kind of like operating on a mind, instead of on a brain the way a doctor would do. I wonder if the results are just as dramatic. They might just be.
