Background Check Software for Daycare Hiring
I work for a daycare, and because we live in a University town, our employees tend to be rather transient. Because we hire so many new employees in a year, we finally started looking into background check software, and found an excellent program. Now the process of hiring new people goes a lot faster, because the technical stuff like background checks go a lot faster. Of course we’re always looking for high quality, experienced people who live here permanently and aren’t going to school, but those ones are few and far between! But we have a few, and the college kids are great too, even if we only get them for a few years.
