Convincing the Community That The Plant Will Be Beneficial
Last week we attended a county board meeting to vote if a new plant could be built in our community. Some developers are planning to open a nuclear plant in our area and other residents are really upset about it. The representative from the nuclear plant assure us that the plant would be a safe environment for the neighbors and the community. They told us that the mechanical technicians were board certified and that they receive ongoing mechanical training every six month. Many residents were still upset so the board planned to meet again to discuss the matter at a later date.
