Cutting Board
As I have stated in the past, when a good chef is in the kitchen, he or she will make sure they have the finest utensils at their beck and call. You won’t find a great chef cutting corners when great food preparation is at hand. I’m sure you will find at the center of all of this equipment is a premium Myrtlewood cutting board and that it will be used with great vigor. I have always found that a good or great cutting board makes my work easier and more enjoyable. I won’t settle for anything less than Myrtlewood in my cutting board.
