Pavonia Newport
Pavonia Newport is billed as the largest and most succesful mixed use development in the world. Whether this is true or marketing hype, I can’t be sure, but it certainly is a well devloped location. With the Newport Mall, an Ice Skating Rink, Apartmetns, Condos, and numerous restaurants, the area is very impressive. The developer, Lefrak, continues to build more and more residential buildings in this area. Though most of the land has been developed at this point, there are still room for a few more developments. Newport is a great place to live and should be considered by anyone looking to move to New Jersey.
