The Lake Minnetonka Real Estate has been showing a steady drop the prices for some years now. The median price for sales has dropped to around 6% by the end of the year 2011 as compared to 2010. Currently the median prices sit at around $274,000. Basically when we take a look at the inventory based on the range of prices we see that the prices of the homes in the range 0-150 K as well as $190-250 K seem to experience a balanced condition. The remainder of real estate price ranges still seems strong especially in the higher price ranges.
