Bagless Vacuum Cleaners
Uprights are ideal for deep cleaning medium- and deep-pile carpets. The entire unit is pushed during cleaning. Upright vacuum cleaners are further divided into bagged and Bagless Vacuum Cleaner types and features may include dirt sensors, wide cleaning paths, unique tools, self-propelled motors, on/off brush roll, automatic height adjustment and several filter types. Uprights have everything (motor, controls, bag) in a single unit that is pushed and pulled over the surface to be cleaned. A canister vacuum cleaner places the most of its weight (vacuum motor, filters, bag, and cord winder) in a separate unit to make the power head lighter.
